Billy Palmer Joins Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street As Head Chef of Events and Conferences
Melbourne, Australia – 26 October 2022: Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street welcomes Billy Palmer as the new Head Chef of its events and conference spaces, as well overseeing its Breakfast Buffet offering and the hotel’s Queen Adelaide executive lounge.
Palmer joins Hilton with more than 20-years experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in both 5-star fine dining and banqueting operations. He started his career working at notable Australian event and conference venues the Melbourne Convention Centre and Crown Melbourne, before adding to his stellar credentials with roles at W Melbourne and the prestigious 7-star Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
