Jeremy Healy Appointed General Manager of Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street

Melbourne, Australia – February 2023: With a wealth of senior leadership experience across a number of hotel roles, Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street (Hilton Melbourne LQS) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new General Manager, Jeremy Healy

Healy joins the Hilton Melbourne LQS team from Hobart, where he oversaw both the Movenpick Hotel, Hobart and Ibis Styles Hobart.

“I am thrilled to be back in Melbourne to work with the amazing team at Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street. My family has had a long association with Hilton, with many family trips in my youth to Hilton Hotels around the world and attending the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston, one might say that this move was destiny,” says Healy.

In a career that has spanned more than 35 years in the industry, Healy has worked with a number of Melbourne Hotels, including The Como Melbourne MGallery and Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. Prior to this, Healy spent a decade with the renowned Four Seasons, at its Sydney, Australia and Austin, Texas properties, in a range of roles from Front Office Manager to Hotel Manager.

Stepping into the role held by departing General Manager Adrian Teh – who opened the 244-room hotel in 2020 and is headed to a new position at Hilton Kuching, Malaysia – Healy looks forward to continuing to deliver exceptional stays and hospitality experiences at Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street.

“I would like to thank Adrian Teh for his efforts in opening this wonderful property and shaping it into the beautiful hotel it is today. Adrian has seen the hotel through the pandemic and the longest lockdown within the region with tenacity and resilience. Thank you, Adrian, we wish you all the best in your next role on your Hilton journey,” says Healy.

When he is not involved in the hotel world, Healy is an avid sailor and loves spending time in and on the water. He is also an aficionado of great coffee, which will serve in good stead in his new Melbourne home.
